How $KNOTS works
Two mechanisms stack on top of each other: $KNOTS's own transfer tax pays holders directly on every trade, and separately, StonkFun's platform-wide flywheel buys back and burns $KNOTS whenever it ranks in the top 10 tokens by market cap.

New here?
$KNOTS is a Solana token that pays you just for holding it. Every time someone buys, sells, or transfers $KNOTS, a 3% tax is collected and sent straight to $KNOTS holders — in $STONK, a separate token, not more $KNOTS. No staking, no claiming, it just shows up in your wallet.
$STONK is what $KNOTS is paired against, and the native token of StonkFun (the platform $KNOTS launched on). $STONK is built to be deflationary — StonkFun buys back and permanently burns tokens using its own trading revenue, shrinking supply over time. Less supply in existence, with steady or growing demand, is the classic setup that can push value up over the long run — not a guarantee, but that's the mechanism.
Deflationary asset
$STONK supply burned
StonkFun's platform-wide buyback flywheel burns $STONK permanently — supply only ever falls.
Holding $KNOTS rewards you with $STONK automatically, but not on a fixed schedule — the transfer tax pays out continuously as $KNOTS trades, so how often you actually see $STONK land in your wallet depends on trading activity, not a calendar. In practice that means active periods can pay out holders many times an hour. StonkFun has processed 310.2K payouts to $KNOTS holders since launch (8 days ago) — the most recent one Sep 14, 9:37 AM UTC.
Every $STONK burned here is permanently removed from circulation — supply never comes back. Combined with steady buy pressure, that scarcity is the deflationary bet behind holding $STONK (via $KNOTS rewards) rather than just holding $STONK or $KNOTS alone.

What this is
This is an unofficial, independent tracker — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or maintained by $KNOTS or StonkFun. knots.fyi tracks $KNOTS, a reward-mode token on the StonkFun launchpad, paired against $STONK. Most figures are fetched live on every page load and refreshed automatically in the background; a few (historical charts, cross-DEX liquidity/volume) are cached for a few minutes at a time to stay within third-party rate limits. Nothing here is financial advice.
